in adopting a bear or purchasing any of the other items on our website, please e-mail for details.
As most items are one-offs, we operate on a first come first
served basis. An e-mail will secure.
We are
happy to arrange payment either by cheque/postal order or via Paypal. Postage charges will be as reasonable as possible and
will be added to the invoice. Despatch will be by recorded delivery upon clearance of payment.
We also offer interest free lay-away terms upon receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit (Paypal charges
will also be non-refundable). Despatch will be upon clearance of the final payment.
We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and are happy to offer a refund (minus postal costs and Paypal charges)
if items are returned within ten days.
We
are very friendly and approachable and would be delighted to answer any questions and provide additional photographs if required.
